Beschreibung

• Administer and manage intrathecal pump therapy for patients with chronic pain or spasticity. • Perform pump refills, reprogramming, and troubleshooting in coordination with prescribing providers. • Educate patients and caregivers on medication regimens, pump function, and signs of adverse reactions or infection. • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care. • Document all care activities, assessments, and communications accurately and in a timely manner in electronic medical records.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered license in the state of practice. • Additional licensure or compact status preferred • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in home infusion or pain management. • Home health experience preferred • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred). • Current TB Skin test or QuantiFERON blood test (within the past 12 months) • Excellent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Comfortable working independently in a home setting and managing a mobile work schedule. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
