Beschreibung

• File Feed Setup & Management: Partner with Benefits Administrators to establish and maintain eligibility and enrollment file feeds between external systems and our platform. • File Review & Validation: Review incoming enrollment files for accuracy, completeness, and format compliance based on EDI specs and business rules. • Secure File Transfer: Manage file uploads from our SFTP connector to our internal Pet Portal platform, ensuring timely and secure delivery. • Technical Tools Usage: Use Kleopatra for file encryption/decryption and FileZilla for secure FTP file transfers. • Issue Tracking & Collaboration: Log, track, and manage integration-related tasks and issues using Jira, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve data or connection issues. • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of file feed specs, mapping, and transmission schedules. Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of additional relevant experience which includes: • Solid understanding of EDI file formats and specifications (especially csv files or similar). • Proficient with SFTP tools and file encryption processes (Kleopatra, FileZilla). • Familiarity with ticketing/project management tools such as Jira and ADO. • Experience with benefits platforms such as bswift, ADP, Workday, or similar. • High attention to detail with the ability to detect data anomalies and troubleshoot file issues. • Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally. • Knowledge of data handling best practices. • Prior exposure to pet benefits or pet wellness platforms is a plus but not required.
