Beschreibung

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility. • Extensively work with Copado to set up, configure, and manage deployment pipelines for Salesforce. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and releases. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments, mergers, and environment synchronization. • Lead and guide best practices around Salesforce DevOps, ensuring adherence to industry standards. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support. • Regularly review and clean metadata in Salesforce environments. • Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities. • Assist in training and guiding other team members on best practices related to Salesforce and Copado.

🎯 Anforderungen

• US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years with an ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications required • Minimum of 7 experience as a Salesforce Admin, with a strong focus on DevOps • Proven expertise in using Copado or a similar tool for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline setup and management • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and deployment methodologies • Proficient in tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
