Beschreibung

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the Secrets Management product line • Balance customer needs, technical complexity, and business impact to build and ship products quickly • Work directly with customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities • Translate customer insights into product improvements that drive adoption, retention, and expansion • Define product metrics and establish analytics and tracking infrastructure • Use data to guide product decisions and measure product impact • Own product pricing and packaging, including monetization and feature tiers • Evaluate developer tools and infrastructure trends, user experience, and the competitive environment • Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to launch products • Shape technical messaging and enable go-to-market teams to communicate product value • Establish the foundations of Infisical’s product function and potentially expand across Infisical PKI and Infisical PAM

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong technical background, ideally with previous software engineering experience and a deep understanding of developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, and software architecture • Proven experience owning and scaling a product surface in a Product Management capacity, with a track record of delivering measurable product and business impact • Strong product judgment and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions with incomplete information, and translate customer insights and business goals into a clear roadmap • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams • Bias toward action and high ownership • Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment • Tech-forward mindset and willingness to get hands-on with technical work, experiment with AI tools, and explore new approaches • Experience owning pricing and packaging for a software product • Experience building or scaling developer tools, infrastructure, or security products • Experience with open-source or open-core products and understanding the needs of individual developers and enterprise customers • Experience with product analytics, data instrumentation, and building dashboards • Live and work in the Americas
