Beschreibung

• Define product vision and strategy for careers and CTE offerings across middle school, high school, community college, and public library markets • Own and prioritize the technology and content roadmap • Shape the CTE strategy around Advance CTE pathways and workforce-relevant outcomes • Build investment and partnership business cases and present recommendations to product and executive leadership • Identify assessment and video partnership opportunities and serve as the frontline partner contact • Own assessment partnership integration, sequencing, and outcome tracking • Connect assessment results to careers content and learning assets • Manage careers and CTE content, including videos and career guides • Identify content gaps and work with editors and external partners to plan, commission, and review content • Manage external content vendors and maintain content update cycles • Lead voice-of-customer research, usage analysis, feedback loops, and pilots • Track competitive and market developments and translate findings into roadmap implications • Design customer-centric product workflows and coordinate go-to-market readiness with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Define and report KPIs and business outcomes • Liaise with platform, engineering, Vault, and customer-facing teams • Write product requirements, maintain an engineering backlog, and resolve delivery tradeoffs • Influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority • Share product expertise with Product Managers and Franchise Owners • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3–6 years of progressive product management experience • Record of building product vision and evidence-based strategy • Experience working with both content and platform teams • Experience managing a business partner relationship • Ability to work effectively with an enterprise-level engineering team rather than a product-specific one • Ability to synthesize qualitative research alongside quantitative usage data • Ability to build and present business cases, including revenue impact and investment tradeoffs, to executive leadership • Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication • Preferred: Experience with content or curriculum development, editors, and external content partners • Preferred: Knowledge of CTE, career pathways, and workforce experience relevant to high school and community college audiences • Preferred: Knowledge of K–12 workflows for middle school and high school markets • Preferred: Basic understanding of integrating assessment with curriculum and learning assets • Preferred: Experience in education technology, library technology, or related content-and-technology markets
