Beschreibung

• Set and own the quality and reliability strategy across the mobile and backend domain • Design quality gates within release and store-deployment pipelines • Address device and OS-version fragmentation and control flakiness at scale using BrowserStack and GitLab CI • Strengthen the backend/API/contract layer and connect it cleanly to native mobile clients • Drive resolution of cross-team quality and reliability issues • Contribute hands-on to prototypes, tooling, reference implementations, and complex incidents • Shift quality ownership left into the engineering workflow • Mentor senior engineers and accelerate their growth • Run tech talks, workshops, reusable documentation, and pair sessions; co-lead the OneTech community • Co-shape domain technical direction with the SEM and analyze quality trends • Define quality and reliability metrics and gates and frame risk in business terms • Define AI adoption for quality and engineering productivity, including tools and workflows • Establish AI governance and data-security standards • Assess and manage AI usage risks, including production-facing work • Mentor engineers on responsible AI use and report on AI ROI

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Track record operating at Staff / Principal / Tech Lead / Architect level • Proven impact beyond a single team, including standards set for multiple teams or a cross-team initiative led • Deep ownership of quality and reliability as an engineering discipline • Experience setting standards and designing testing/quality strategies, with measurable outcome improvements • Proven shift-left experience, entering the process before code is written and measurably moving the result • Strong hands-on engineering foundation; ability to read, review, and write production-quality code • Experience leading technical and process change directly with development teams • Hands-on experience using AI and assessing its risks • Fluent English • Commercial, working-level experience building or testing native mobile apps with Swift and/or Kotlin at real scale • Experience with BrowserStack and CI/CD using GitLab • Snapshot testing experience, such as swift-snapshot-testing or Paparazzi • Experience introducing mock-based testing standards • Experience in logistics or e-commerce • Fluency in Polish • Familiarity with Appium • Experience applying AI in engineering/testing workflows • ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Automation Engineer certification
