Beschreibung

• Own product direction and the fulfillment and generation roadmap for transcripts, diplomas, and high school equivalencies • Contribute to the broader product-line strategy • Partner with Parchment product teams, dependent product areas, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and ship coordinated improvements • Build trust and alignment across teams that do not report to the role • Use AI to build business cases, draft product requirement documents, and create prototypes • Use insights and data to inform product strategy and decision-making • Partner with Analytics to assess the impact of data insights • Define and track metrics measuring customer and business benefits • Develop testable hypotheses and conduct discovery experiments • Independently conduct customer research • Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver new value • Develop deep product domain knowledge while maintaining broad organizational knowledge • Improve fulfillment and generation systems’ success metrics, reliability, scalability, and user experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• Five or more years of relevant product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS • Strong cross-team collaboration skills and experience aligning multiple teams around shared outcomes • Comfort using AI to build business cases, draft PRDs, and create prototypes • Ability to independently conduct customer research, formulate testable hypotheses, and execute discovery • Comfort with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or similar • Clear communication with stakeholders at all altitudes • Demonstrated ownership of product outcomes, not only outputs • Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity • Experience in edtech, credentialing, or adjacent regulated spaces such as higher education, employment verification, or identity (nice to have) • Experience with document generation, print/mail fulfillment, or high-volume transactional systems (nice to have) • Familiarity with Open Badges, W3C Verifiable Credentials, or CLR (nice to have) • Must pass a background check • Candidates may be required to verify legal name, current physical location, valid contact number, and residential address
