Beschreibung

• Own the RTPB and Pharmacy Alternatives product roadmap end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration • Translate NCPDP real-time pharmacy benefit standards and payer/PBM connectivity requirements into product specifications and engineering-ready requirements • Own formulary, copay, and benefit-check data accuracy, diagnosing and resolving accuracy or latency issues with Engineering and payer/PBM connections • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure RTPB features meet pharmacy, payer, and data-privacy regulatory requirements • Partner with Clinical and Pharmacy Ops stakeholders to validate actionable insights for prescribers • Manage payer/PBM connectivity partner relationships covering integration requirements, testing, and issue resolution • Define and track transaction accuracy, latency, adoption, and prescriber/pharmacy satisfaction metrics • Use AI tools to accelerate requirements drafting, data analysis, and documentation • Represent RTPB and Pharmacy Alternatives in cross-functional planning, prioritization, executive updates, and roadmap advocacy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in product management, including ownership of complex, regulated healthcare or pharmacy technology products; equivalent experience considered • Clinical background required, such as PharmD, pharmacy or clinical experience, or direct experience building pharmacy/PBM/benefit-check technology • Working knowledge of NCPDP standards, RTPB transactions, e-prescribing, and formulary/copay data structures • Ability to translate complex regulatory and clinical requirements into clear product specifications • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineering, Compliance, and external payer/PBM partners • Experience owning a product roadmap with measurable accuracy, latency, or adoption outcomes • Comfort operating in a fast-paced post-merger environment • Pre-employment drug screening, where permitted by applicable law • Direct e-prescribing network integration experience preferred • Experience working directly with PBMs or payer connectivity teams preferred • Familiarity with medication access, adherence, or patient cost-transparency solutions preferred • Active pharmacy licensure or clinical credential preferred
