Beschreibung

• Manage and respond promptly to high volumes of incoming email inquiries • Draft, proofread, and send clear, concise, grammatically correct email responses • Identify and prioritize urgent or complex emails and escalate accordingly • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies • Track and document email interactions using company tools and CRM systems • Continuously improve email response templates and processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction • Route inquiries and support customer service and operational teams • Maintain organized records of correspondence and follow-up actions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in email communication, customer service, or a related role • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritize effectively • Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in a software or technology company is advantageous • Proficiency in English with excellent grammar and spelling • Must be a resident of United States
