Beschreibung

• Design and deliver innovative Change Management programs based on customers' organizational needs • Collaborate with Project Sponsors, Executives, Functional Leads, and Change Leads to analyze organizational climate for change • Build and manage program-wide Change Strategy and Plans • Drive adoption and customer success for Workday HCM and Financial deployments • Develop communications and training deliverables • Manage large-scale communication and training efforts • Identify and pursue internal initiatives to continuously improve the customer offering

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ years of experience in change management or ERP system implementation • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Engaging presence in a virtual setting • Ability to learn new systems, test and troubleshoot to understand system design • Ability to work and build relationships across multiple functional teams • Experience with Workday is a plus • Willingness to travel 20%, as local requirements allow
