Beschreibung

• Develop and execute product line strategies and initiatives to drive sales, profit growth, and long-term sustainability • Lead cross-functional teams and an effective high-performance business team to deliver objectives • Own the profit and loss of assigned product lines • Champion product line strategy for key items • Become a market expert on customers and end users in targeted market segments • Define target markets, competitors, competitive products, pricing positioning, and product improvements • Drive development and market introduction of new products, including design fitness, cost, packaging, and marketing and sales support information • Analyze product lines and rationalize products to reduce complexity • Develop tools and training to improve sales force competency and support new product sales and customer service • Identify sourced and manufactured products needed to profitably grow product lines • Drive cost reductions and existing product design improvements • Facilitate new item setup, pricing approvals, quoting, and other sales support • Perform related tasks as requested by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field • 5+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management or related experience • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Passion for managed product lines and a bias for action • Demonstrated experience driving change and holding others accountable for results • Business acumen and experience managing and improving P&L results • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some international travel
