Beschreibung

• Lead and coordinate multiple compliance-related projects and workstreams simultaneously • Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, milestones and reporting • Manage stakeholders across different business functions and international markets • Track progress, identify risks and ensure actions are delivered • Embed project management best practice and discipline within the Compliance team • Prepare reports, presentations and updates for senior leadership • Support operational activities including budget tracking, invoices, team coordination and management reporting • Build relationships across Compliance, Legal, HR, Operations, IT and wider business teams • Drive global compliance training programmes, data privacy and regulatory change initiatives, governance and accountability reviews, and strategic compliance and business improvement projects • Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and senior stakeholders to drive strategic compliance and regulatory initiatives and enhance Compliance team operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant programme or project management experience, ideally 5+ years • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority • Experience working within large, complex or multinational organisations • Excellent organisational and prioritisation capabilities • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including polished executive-level presentations • Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset • Experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Services or another regulated environment is desirable • Experience supporting global transformation or change programmes is desirable • Project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile is desirable • Experience implementing governance and reporting frameworks is desirable
