Beschreibung

• Lead strategic growth, business development, and distribution execution across military retail channels • Own sales strategy for key government and military accounts, including DeCA, AAFES, NEXCOM, MCX, and CGX • Maximize sales volume, net revenue, and category share for the Link Snacks product portfolio • Manage direct relationships with military/government buyers, broker networks, and broker partners • Unlock new distribution placements and optimize product shelf presentation • Achieve top-line and bottom-line sales and profit goals • Develop Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing plans to drive category growth • Align customer strategies with annual business plans and develop 1–3-year strategic customer plans by segment • Communicate transparently and promptly with internal teams and customers/brokers • Expand Link Snacks’ in-store presence through channel-specific business opportunities • Analyze customer data and develop action plans to achieve sales goals • Collaborate with Demand Planning, RGM, and Sales Strategy on short- and long-term category and channel strategies • Create and present information compellingly and persuasively • Build relationships across customer organizations and with Link Snacks executive management, operations, supply planning, accounting, and marketing • Manage deduction and accounts receivable issues • Train and lead the broker network where applicable • Conduct store audits, set up promotional displays, and attend trade shows • Travel approximately 30%–40% depending on business needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of CPG experience within the industry • 3+ years of direct sales experience in military channels • Strong communication and presentation skills • Solid MS Office skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to travel approximately 30%–40% depending on business needs • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25 or more pounds • Must be able to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and talk or hear • Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift for extended periods
