Beschreibung

• Align product area priorities with portfolio strategy, corporate goals, and measurable outcomes. • Own and communicate product vision and explain roadmap prioritization decisions. • Lead continuous customer and market discovery. • Develop personas, user journeys, and problem statements with UX. • Monitor competitors and industry trends. • Lead UX, Engineering, QA, Documentation, and Data teams throughout the development lifecycle. • Own and prioritize the product backlog. • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team collaboration. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Services on launches, adoption, and customer enablement. • Translate product vision into Epics, Features, and User Stories. • Collaborate with UX to validate designs. • Support engineering by triaging issues, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers. • Coordinate rollout plans across Support, Services, Sales, and Account Management. • Define and track product metrics and use analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decisions. • Research and implement ethical generative AI practices and responsible automation. • Assess emerging technologies and use AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve outcomes. • Communicate with executives, cross-functional partners, and clients. • Provide RFP support, product messaging, and enablement materials. • Represent the company at conferences, client events, and industry forums. • Mentor and coach Product Managers. • Maintain functional and industry expertise through professional communities, continuing education, and market research.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Computer Science or related field is listed under Preferred Skills & Experience. • 2-5 years’ experience working at an Accredited College/University. • 10+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role in a related field. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently. • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking with demonstrated innovation in problem solving. • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile Scrum, shift-left practices, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). • Experience with Aha! or similar product management tools. • Pragmatic Institute certification is a plus.
