Beschreibung

• Own the product for a fully custom agentic platform built from the ground up • Design multi-agent workflows, including agent responsibilities, task decomposition, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints • Expand product thinking across multiple domains, products, customer segments, and verticals • Use AI to synthesize customer feedback, analyze competitive landscapes, and generate first-draft product artifacts • Build AI-driven analysis pipelines for datasets and user interviews • Prototype and validate product concepts with working proofs-of-concept • Maintain fluency in the AI product landscape, competitors, customer adoption, and technology trends • Own and communicate the strategic roadmap • Prioritize transformative AI opportunities and architect reusable product capabilities • Translate revenue impact, churn risk, and deal blockers into product decisions • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration • Execute with engineering teams and partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, launch, and adoption • Establish feedback loops with real users and use data to guide iteration

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of product management experience in a software/SaaS environment • Demonstrated, meaningful use of AI tools in a product management workflow • Experience building or shipping product capabilities incorporating AI/ML; at least one production deployment preferred • Experience working with engineering teams on AI/ML systems, including model integration, context engineering, evaluation pipelines, and data quality • Working understanding of foundation models, capabilities, limitations, and use cases • Familiarity with RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks • Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and modern development practices • Comfort using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools such as Claude or Cursor • Ability to interpret customer signals including churn risk, deal blockers, and expansion opportunities • Strong analytical skills using data for prioritization, outcome measurement, and business cases • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce product specifications, strategy documents, and stakeholder communications • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence • Comfort operating with high autonomy and accountability • Background in the Association or Non-Profit space is a bonus • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be at least 18 years old
