Beschreibung

• Maintain oversight of governance and compliance arrangements across the PFI portfolio • Monitor adherence to contractual governance requirements • Review governance outputs, compliance reports and assurance activities • Identify governance weaknesses and compliance risks • Develop divisional governance standards and assurance frameworks • Oversee Contract Support Leads • Facilitate governance and compliance forums • Coordinate lessons learned and best-practice sharing • Promote standardisation across contracts • Assess reports against contractual schedules • Verify service reports contain appropriate contractual evidence • Challenge poor-quality or non-compliant reporting • Develop standard reporting templates and frameworks • Develop and implement an assurance programme • Undertake governance reviews and quality audits • Track corrective and preventative actions • Identify recurring operational and contractual issues • Undertake root-cause analysis and develop improvement initiatives • Capture lessons learned and replicate best practice • Support divisional governance meetings, business planning, mobilisation and transformation projects • Produce management reports and presentations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant experience within PFI or complex FM environments • Strong understanding of contractual compliance and governance • Experience undertaking audits and quality reviews • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Continuous improvement experience
