Beschreibung

• Develop and implement property asset management strategies, objectives, and plans across a global portfolio • Oversee property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, and property maintenance • Identify and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and enhance property value • Monitor compliance with lease terms, legal requirements, and environmental, health, and safety regulations • Lead, manage, train, mentor, and develop property managers and engineers • Build relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders • Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs • Provide guidance on property acquisitions, dispositions, and expansion projects • Collaborate with leasing teams to market and fill vacant spaces, negotiate lease terms, and renew leases • Manage budgets, financial statements, and portfolio reporting • Analyze market trends, property performance data, and industry benchmarks • Monitor and benchmark team performance metrics and KPIs • Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies • Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations • Report to the Global Operations Director

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field • 10+ years of experience in property asset management or a related field • Track record of effectively managing a diverse portfolio • Strong knowledge of property management concepts, industry standards, and market trends • Track record of marketing and leasing space within a diverse portfolio • Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and industry trends • Understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM software, and social media strategies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, industry professionals, tenants, and stakeholders • Leadership and team management skills • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Master's degree preferred • Relevant professional certifications such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM are a plus
