Beschreibung

• Provide leadership to the property management team and outstanding customer service to clients • Manage an office building or portfolio and all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction • Oversee property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis • Build and maintain tenant relationships and address tenant needs • Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management • Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses • Manage lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements • Develop staff and perform tasks required by Property Management Agreements or local ordinances

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field • Real estate license required within six (6) months of hire date • 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations • 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups • Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel • Experience managing Class A office buildings, retail centers, or mixed-use developments preferred • Background in capital project management and construction oversight preferred • Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives and LEED-certified properties preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
