Beschreibung

• Develop, implement, and optimize energy and sustainability programs in collaboration with the client’s sustainability team • Lead energy reduction and sustainability initiatives across the client real estate portfolio • Develop tactical, strategic, annual, and multi-year sustainability plans • Assess solar PV feasibility and evaluate solar PPAs • Assess site feasibility for ENERGY STAR certifications • Provide strategic direction and guidance for sustainability service delivery • Meet client sustainability objectives and KPIs; monitor and measure performance • Manage stakeholder engagement and integrate energy and sustainability initiatives • Manage energy, waste, and water data collection and produce monthly and quarterly client reports • Advise facility managers, energy champions, and account colleagues on environmental sustainability • Collaborate with JLL technology, finance, projects, IFM, consultant, and procurement workstreams • Share best practices, develop case studies, and pursue new business opportunities • Manage change affecting sustainability objectives • Validate data integrity and accuracy with data analysts • Track and communicate sustainability program success stories • Develop systems and processes for best-practice sustainability performance and utility/sustainability management reporting • Own program deliverables according to scope and schedule • Provide subject matter expertise and own program components • Develop, file for, and secure state, federal, and utility incentives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong technical understanding of common HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems • Ability to conduct remote energy audits by logging in to client building management systems remotely • University degree in Science, engineering, math, or related fields • Certified Energy Manager conferred by the Association of Energy Engineers • 10 plus years’ experience in sustainable operations, engineering of commercial and lab buildings, building science, facilities management or related field • Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures and sustainability initiatives in commercial real estate • Strong operations experience in a large multi-dimensional organization • Experience interacting with upper management and C Suite preferred • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams, including developing and delivering presentations and trainings • Excellent client relationship-building skills • Track record of strategic integration of sustainability into organizational operations • Experience developing and implementing sustainability programs, tactical plans, processes, roadmaps, and procedures • Proven project management experience • Experience in utility data analytics • Understanding of Greenhouse Gas Emission scopes and reporting • P.E. License preferred • Advanced degree preferred • Applied experience in building auditing, commissioning, retrofit, or design preferred • Experience with corporate clients, commercial property, property managers, and landlord-tenant relationships desirable • Familiarity with municipal energy and sustainability regulations • Advanced experience with utility and waste data analytics preferred
