Beschreibung

• Manage delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM services across all properties • Take responsibility for operational performance, health and safety, human resource management, quality, compliance and service level agreements • Review and update site-specific policies and operational procedures to align with the value framework and ISO 9001 standards • Develop and implement operational best practices and working initiatives • Ensure building regulations, statutory obligations, legislative compliance and best practices are delivered • Contribute to building activity calendars and significant building events, including black building tests and M&E audits • Foster One Team relationships among management, service partners and stakeholders • Monitor operational performance and provide formal monthly reports • Manage service partners, contract performance, relationships, administration and operational improvements • Act as Responsible Person for Legionella (Water) • Develop and monitor a Contract Risk Register • Provide out-of-hours availability for critical call-outs • Produce technical reports for significant reactive breakdowns, client requests and expenditure approvals • Establish risk-management controls, procedures, health and safety systems, audits and contingency plans • Meet monthly with service partners and ensure KPIs, SLAs and reports are completed accurately • Maintain contracts within budget and identify ways to improve customer service and reduce expenditure • Maintain constructive long-term client relationships • Lead portfolio energy management and report on building performance and energy usage • Enhance building technology and contribute to SMART building technology platforms and data analysis • Fulfil one-off and non-contractual operational tasks, including out-of-hours occupier events and special projects • Lead HSE culture, conduct site safety inspections and audits, and oversee accident investigations, reporting and risk assessments • Manage contract P&L, budget delivery, aged debt, WIP recovery and commercial performance • Manage invoices, purchase orders, supply-chain payments, cost books and the CRB process

🎯 Anforderungen

• Industry relevant qualifications • Computer literate in CAFM, Word, Excel, Outlook • Preferably equivalent to a minimum of 10 years’ experience at technical engineering management level • National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – accredited by NEBOSH or IOSH • Proven track record of technical problem solving • Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical customers and team members • Ability to produce technical reports • Adept at managing the change process to a diverse group, promoting best practice and strategic advice where appropriate • All successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS check
