Beschreibung

• Assess and increase clinical competency development for the assigned field organization • Identify training gaps, resources, and track improvement through certification • Launch new technologies and achieve geographically aligned business objectives • Provide technical and clinical product support to EP physicians and laboratory staff • Build relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to grow product and technology utilization • Partner with Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers, Field Management, Sales, Marketing, and Global Education and Training • Establish clinical development plans and facilitate certification of electrophysiology clinical team members • Develop and execute workgroup-wide certification plans and measure learning and growth • Train physicians and EP/IC Lab staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO® System • Coach consultative selling techniques and identify potential sales opportunities • Coordinate case support, appointments, presentations, clinical information, and equipment usage • Maintain customer communications, account documentation, training summaries, compliance records, expense reports, and company system inputs • Maintain Safe Fleet standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant professional work experience • Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills • Solid organizational and time management abilities • Valid driver's license issued in the United States • Must be willing and able to travel up to 70% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally • Certification in cardiology technology (e.g., IBHRE, RCES) and EP clinical experience preferred • Managerial / supervisory experience preferred • Live in the assigned geography preferred • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
