Beschreibung

• Manage the operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets • Plan recruitment activities and conduct job briefings • Create job advertisements on social media • Update the candidate database • Proactively search for candidates • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and hold feedback sessions • Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers to understand weekly employment needs • Support candidates throughout the entire journey, including after job start, to help them settle and thrive • Create and find new sources for contacting potential candidates • Process candidate requests and provide relevant information • Participate in training and frequent update meetings • Collaborate with a dynamic international team using Team Tailor, Slack, and Google Drive

🎯 Anforderungen

• Native-level Norwegian speaking and writing skills • Fluent English at B2 level • Experience in sales or recruitment preferred, but not required • Living in Greece, Bulgaria, or other parts of South-East Europe • Experience living in an international environment is a big plus • Remote-work experience preferred • Experience living abroad is advantageous but not required • Knowledge of social media and efficient use of it as a recruitment tool • Willingness to use personal social media profiles for work purposes • Knowledge of the mentality and culture of the languages and countries supported • High level of integrity and trustworthiness • Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
