Beschreibung

• Own HEMA projects and initiatives to contribute to market expansion opportunities for the VELYS Knee platform • Provide input to product pipeline projects, including target product profiles, economic value propositions, and evidence generation strategy and plans • Lead evidence generation projects establishing product value • Implement reimbursement strategies enabling market access and commercial success for the VELYS Knee platform • Develop value tools, including value dossiers, value analysis briefs, economic models, and dissemination initiatives • Support and coordinate HEMA associates’ work toward commercial business objectives without direct people management responsibilities • Collaborate with regional HEMA partners and cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Professional Education, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal • Report to the Director, HEMA • Travel up to 20%

🎯 Anforderungen

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences-related field is required • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals or HEOR consulting is required • Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy and reimbursement • Experience developing global market access assessments and evidence generation strategies • Ability to work from strategy development through execution and value creation with minimal oversight • Ability to build partnerships and engage with multifunctional teams to influence decisions • Experience working in decentralized and cross-functional business models • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Good analytical skills • Knowledge of data collection and review practices • Proactive, highly responsible and accountable approach • Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research or a healthcare-related field is preferred
