Beschreibung

• Grow and strengthen Joko's current revenue across Online, In-Store, and Gift Cards • Report to Fabien, VP Product • Lead Product Managers responsible for each task force • Set the Business Lines tribe strategy and arbitrate priorities across three task forces • Allocate engineering resources and budget, and defend trade-offs before leadership • Own the revenue chain end to end, including catch rate, track rate, attribution, commissions, and cashback reliability • Analyze funnel leaks and prioritize revenue-improvement levers • Oversee affiliate tracking and attribution, card-linked payment integrations, checkout, and coupon flows • Champion user needs and translate pain points into product improvements and customer experiences • Develop strategy for privacy regulation, browser tracking restrictions, payment ecosystem changes, and competition • Manage and mentor Product Managers on Online, In-Store, and Gift Cards • Set metrics for each business line and remain accountable for revenue contribution • Partner with B2B merchant teams, Care, Data, affiliate partners, and payment partners

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in Product • Experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers • Consumer product experience ideally • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, payments, adtech or affiliate marketing is a strong plus • Ability to interrogate funnels, break metrics into components, and distinguish signal from noise • Business sense covering revenue, margin, trade-offs, and sizing levers in euros • Proven track record in people management • Technical understanding of browser behaviour, cookies, redirects, backend pipelines, and card networks; coding is not required • Experience running real A/B tests and designing tests that answer questions • Excellent alignment, prioritization, stakeholder leadership, and ability to say no • Resilience in a changing browser, merchant, regulatory, and competitive environment • Hands-on daily use of AI tools in product work • Based in France or Spain • Fluent in English, written and spoken • French is a plus but optional • Entrepreneurial mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning
