Beschreibung

• Be a real partner to managers, helping them lead and grow their teams within Joko's frameworks. • Be the guardian of fairness, holding the line on rules and knowing when to adjust or deny exceptions. • Handle sensitive employee situations and investigations with judgment and care. • Lead the key moments of the employee journey, improving onboarding and performance processes. • Build a great Day 1 experience for new joiners. • Earn trust while knowing where to draw the line in employee discussions. • Keep aligned with labor law and ensure People decisions are fact-based.

🎯 Anforderungen

• You are located in France. • 2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations with a focus on HR Business Partnering topics, ideally gained in a fast-paced company or startup. • Solid grounding in French labor law (Convention Collective Syntec is a plus). • Fluent in French and English.
