Beschreibung

• Run payroll, contracts, amendments, benefits, visas, and time-off processes across France, Spain, and the US • Coordinate People Operations processes smoothly with Finance while handling sensitive data confidentially • Ensure compliance with French labor law and anticipate legal changes • Work with Legal across France, Spain, and the US on compliance matters • Maintain documentation for audits, fundraising, and due diligence • Support disciplinary cases, offboarding, and other sensitive processes • Build and manage HR tools and maintain accurate people data • Provide reliable reporting for planning and reviews • Document and automate People Operations processes using AI • Deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences • Advise managers and employees on People Operations matters • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partnering, and Workplace Management

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR administration in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment • Strong foundation across People Operations topics, with depth in payroll, compliance, HR systems, or HR projects • End-to-end payroll experience • Ability to quickly master modern HRIS and payroll tools • Strong knowledge of French labor law • International HR exposure to Spain or the US is a plus • Precision, organization, and reliability • Comfort with headcount, payroll, and reporting data • Experience using AI tools and willingness to automate repetitive People Operations work • Collaborative approach in a small team • Fluent in French • Fluent in English, the working language • Spanish is a plus • Based in France or Spain
