Beschreibung

• Own full P&L performance across all Pallas Epos Group brands • Lead the consolidated operating structure across acquired and legacy brands • Own the end-to-end acquisition integration lifecycle • Oversee the Group Operations Director, Group Commercial Director, and Group Technical Director • Deliver EBITA improvement and enforce cost discipline across group entities • Shift the operating model toward high-margin, low-complexity service delivery • Lead integration of newly acquired entities into the Pallas Epos Group • Transition standalone businesses to a centralised operating model and consolidate leadership • Align sales, operations, support, finance, and technology functions to group standards • Capture post-acquisition value through cost synergies, payments rollout, and commercial restructuring • Maximise payment-processing penetration through VMS and migrate brands to group payment solutions • Increase ARPU through payments-led monetisation • Improve net revenue retention, optimise pricing, rationalise segmentation, reduce churn, and maximise customer lifetime value • Standardise customer support, finance, sales, and delivery processes • Operate legacy platforms under a maintain-not-invest framework • Centralise R&D and support migration to a unified platform using AI-enabled SDLC processes • Deliver improvements in EBITA, payments penetration, net revenue retention, operating costs, acquisition integration, leadership consolidation, and product/platform complexity

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience integrating acquisitions into a centralised operating model • Strong track record in turnaround, restructuring, or portfolio optimisation • Deep understanding of payments monetisation models • Experience operating legacy software businesses with constrained investment • Commercially driven and operationally rigorous • Full P&L ownership experience • Experience leading consolidated operating structures across multiple brands • Experience with payment-processing migration and payments-led monetisation • Experience improving net revenue retention, pricing, customer segmentation, and churn • Experience standardising sales, operations, support, finance, delivery, technology, and R&D functions • Experience with legacy technology platforms and unified-platform migration • Ability to execute rapid acquisition integrations with minimal revenue disruption
