Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end integration projects for Comarch ERP and POS solutions at client sites, particularly in the retail sector • Define the roadmap and assign implementation work to partner integrators • Oversee project execution and governance, including timelines, budgets, scope, and risks • Deliver assigned projects, including setup, configuration, and implementation • Serve as the business and technical subject-matter expert for Retail ERP/POS solutions • Translate client requirements relating to store processes, point-of-sale operations, and omnichannel commerce • Ensure that integrators adhere to the target architecture • Validate the compliance of developments and configurations before delivery to the client • Ensure the sustainability and availability of deployed solutions • Integrate artificial intelligence into impact analysis, specification drafting and review, configuration checks, testing, documentation, and request handling • Identify tasks that can be automated and contribute to the industrialization and standardization of delivery • Travel frequently to client sites, approximately 50% of the time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • At least two years of experience managing or leading small IT projects, providing techno-functional consulting, and ideally working in professional services • Experience working for a software vendor, IT services company, or systems integrator • Retail industry experience is a plus • Self-motivated, autonomous, and adaptable • Ability to manage projects end to end, oversee subcontractors or integrators, address deviations, and maintain project scope • Strong understanding of retail business processes, particularly ERP, POS solutions, specialty retail, or mass-market retail • Previous development experience or a strong understanding of development and integration in a Java environment • Leadership, rigor, excellent listening skills, and a strong sense of support and teamwork • Professional proficiency in English
