Beschreibung

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Product API, the product configuration data model, and product expansion and revision tooling • Define how State Management, Underwriting, Insurance, Compliance, and other internal teams consume and depend on product data • Drive Product API strategy and versioning standards for reliable, well-documented interfaces • Lead discovery on extending the platform as Kin’s offerings grow beyond insurance • Build and scale the AI-enablement layer on the Product API MCP • Partner with engineering and design to take platform capabilities from prototype through production rollout • Write precise specs and requirements for IHOP and PAPI features • Define and own metrics measuring consumer independence and use them to drive the roadmap • Enable internal teams to ship product changes through self-service tooling with less engineering dependence • Establish documented insurance product data model and API standards • Move the Product API MCP from concept to AI-enabled workflows used for prototyping and configuration

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in product management • Direct ownership of a platform, API, or internal tooling product • Experience treating internal teams as customers and translating workflows into platform requirements • Comfort operating in ambiguity as platform scope expands beyond insurance • Technical fluency in API design, versioning, and data model decisions • Experience with or strong interest in applying AI tools to internal workflows • Strong written and verbal communication with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders • Bias toward shipping platform capabilities from concept to dependable production tools
