Beschreibung

• Own paid static creative for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity • Build creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X according to each platform’s specifications and native style • Concept and edit performance video in multiple formats, including 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 • Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery • Develop culturally timely, internet-native concepts and turn successful ideas into reusable creative pillars • Version and localize assets across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements • Manage approximately a dozen concurrent workstreams, often spanning multiple formats and markets • Design creative for testing and interpret results to determine why variants win • Turn test results into new hooks, concepts and edits • Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals • Maintain high craft standards and organized files for reuse • Report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category • Portfolio submitted with application demonstrating paid static work, including objectives/results where shareable • Include two or three full video cuts • Include at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a note explaining the tooling and personal contribution • Include one tested concept and be able to explain the data and resulting changes • Strong layout, hierarchy, typography and composition at thumbnail size, in-feed and across multiple languages • Platform-native experience across Meta, TikTok and YouTube • Video skills from concept through finished, sound-designed cut • High-level command of generative AI video and image tools, with shipped work • Experience in a structured creative testing program • Fluency in thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS metrics • Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic timing • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality through reviews and late changes • Comfort working within regulatory constraints and market-specific requirements • Copywriting ability using plain language, value-first messaging and no hype or jargon • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop • Strong generative AI skills • Curiosity about investing and crypto and ability to make the subject understandable • Applicants may redact age, date of birth and educational attendance or graduation dates from resumes
