Beschreibung

• Play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements • Responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite • Drive profitable growth, leveraging comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships • Lead overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders • Contribute to financial impact, utilization, and client satisfaction • Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective SLED accounts • Strong understanding of California government budget cycles and fiscal year planning • Navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, sole-source justifications, and cooperative purchasing vehicles • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with public sector compliance, security, and accessibility requirements • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments at the state and local level • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams • Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins • Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
