Beschreibung

• Manage construction in progress for designated projects • Coordinate with other departments on documents related to acquisition and disposition of fixed assets • Maintain the fixed asset ledger, including asset additions and disposals • Prepare fixed-asset-related journal entries by assigned due dates • Apply GAAP principles to accounting processes • Conduct accounting research • Prepare and distribute reports and analyses • Assist with preparation, analysis, and verification of schedules for reporting • Prepare data for internal and external auditors • Maintain accurate, confidential, and thorough departmental records and reports • Assist Finance and Accounting group members as needed • Standardize processes and identify process improvements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience • Knowledge of financial accounting systems • Strong computer skills and ability to learn and use applications • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently in a time-sensitive environment • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under deadline pressure • Ability to meet deadlines and execute commitments
