Beschreibung

• Support growth of the Purina Feed brand across Farm & Ranch retail partners in the Midwest Region • Visit retail stores regularly to support merchandising and product placement • Ensure products follow planograms and company standards • Make recommendations to improve product placement, shelf presence, and promotional execution • Identify opportunities to improve shelf space, visibility, and performance • Engage store associates and leaders around products and selling approaches • Determine store-level execution priorities based on sales performance, merchandising gaps, product availability, and growth opportunities • Build store-level relationships and product knowledge • Serve as primary field contact for assigned stores • Assess store needs and recommend actions to Retail Operations Managers and retail leaders • Coordinate support for new store openings, product launches, and training • Identify execution barriers, determine next steps, and escalate issues requiring cross-functional support • Support new product introduction and expansion in stores • Prioritize store coverage and field support across the assigned market • Partner with sales, marketing, and retail operations teams • Assist with regional events, promotions, and store resets • Participate in retailer meetings and calls as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required • 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or store-level training • Ability to use sales data, store observations, and partner feedback to make territory-level decisions and recommendations • Strong ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory • Effective communication skills; comfortable training and presenting to groups • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Basic analytical skills and ability to use sales data • Comfortable in a hands-on, customer-facing role • Ability to record store visits in Salesforce • Approximately 80% travel • Expect 3 to 4 overnight stays most weeks • Experience working directly with retail stores or field-based environments preferred • Experience in agriculture, livestock, or feed industry preferred • Familiarity with Farm & Ranch or similar retail environments • Understanding of retail merchandising and store resets • Experience with basic digital tools for communication or training • Candidates must be located within the sales area (Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa)
