Beschreibung

• Own the full creative and brand function, including visual identity, campaign concepting, content production, influencer partnerships, and PR • Set the brand vision and creative direction across paid, organic, social, and partner channels • Lead designers, copywriters, production staff, and an influencer manager • Oversee agency relationships • Drive PR strategy, including press, store openings, and local partnerships • Collaborate with marketing operations and technology to ensure digital touchpoints are on-brand and conversion-focused • Own content calendars, workflow systems, and brand guidelines • Build creative infrastructure and systems to support high-growth scale • Maintain creative integrity while elevating and systematizing the creative function • Present to executive leadership and cross-functional partners • Report to the Chief Customer Officer

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in creative leadership in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or an adjacent lifestyle category • Portfolio showing a clear, distinctive point of view • Experience in founder-led, PE-backed environments through high-growth scale • Ability to move quickly, earn trust, and build systems without bureaucracy • Strong creative direction and operational capabilities • Track record with influencer strategy and PR tied to measurable brand and business outcomes • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and cross-functional partners • Ability to articulate creative rationale in business terms • Travel flexibility for clinic visits, production, and leadership meetings as needed
