Beschreibung

• Coordinate daily service operations to ensure services are scheduled, completed, and invoiced • Create and issue purchase orders to third-party contractors • Direct administrative personnel to schedule appropriate personnel and equipment • Enter orders received by email or phone into the company ERP system • Prepare specialized quotes when required and coordinate with Legrand and third-party service providers • Resolve customer service issues, track orders, and provide technical assistance regarding services • Confirm on-site service dates and obtain on-site requirements before work is performed • Manage general administrative tasks • Collaborate with other departments and maintain relevant business knowledge • Manage Load Bank rental fleet inventory and schedule shipments and pickups • Perform additional position-related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience • Three to five years of experience in a technical customer service role • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Prior experience using an ERP system is a plus • Prior experience using Salesforce or scheduling software • High attention to detail and accuracy • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet programs, file and record management, and office procedures • Basic bookkeeping and financial skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time • Critical thinking, logic, and sound judgment • Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships • Availability to work with clients and technicians during regular business hours • Ability to sit for prolonged periods • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
