Beschreibung

• Lead the prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog • Define clear acceptance criteria for each backlog item • Engage business stakeholders to gather feedback and understand evolving needs • Integrate diverse stakeholder perspectives into the development process • Collaborate with architects, developers, PCM, Hybris, and other specialized teams • Ensure technical alignment and smooth development cycles • Maintain transparency and visibility of the product backlog and progress information • Manage day-to-day tactical elements of product development • Prioritize valuable tasks to support high-quality releases aligned with the MDM roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban • Proven experience in product ownership and professional backlog management • Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for complex MDM requirements • Foundational knowledge of DMBoK data management foundations preferred • Familiarity with modern database and information systems technologies, including ERP and MDM • Familiarity with Jira boards and dashboards/reporting • Strong organizational and time management skills • Close attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to follow processes and ask questions for clarity • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years’ experience in Product Owner role(s) • Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), Data Management Professional (CDMP)
