Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Architects supporting Mid-Market and SMB customers across the United States • Establish performance expectations, technical competencies, and development plans • Recruit, retain, and develop technical talent • Align technical sales resources with business priorities and strategic opportunities • Partner with sales leadership to develop account strategies and drive pipeline creation • Provide executive-level technical leadership for strategic opportunities and customer engagements • Accelerate opportunity progression through technical guidance and escalation support • Drive technical win rates through solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer advocacy • Lead technical strategy for Mid-Market and SMB go-to-market initiatives • Guide solution development across servers, storage, virtualization, AI, hybrid cloud, edge, networking, and services • Champion strategic partnerships including Microsoft, VMware by Broadcom, Nutanix, and Red Hat • Drive revenue, pipeline, attach, and growth objectives through technical engagement and field execution • Establish forecasting, operating rhythms, and opportunity inspection processes • Monitor business metrics and adjust resource priorities • Collaborate with sales, channel, services, product management, and marketing teams • Lead technical enablement and promote best-practice sharing, certifications, and continuous skills development • Build relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and regional channel organizations • Support partner-led opportunities through technical alignment, solution design, and executive engagement • Represent Lenovo at partner events, customer briefings, industry conferences, and technical workshops • Advise partners and customers on infrastructure modernization initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical sales leadership • 3+ years of people management experience with proven success building and leading high-performing technical teams • Strong understanding of data center technologies including compute, storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, and AI technologies • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field • 15+ years of relevant experience preferred • 5+ years of people management experience preferred • Experience leading geographically distributed technical sales teams with AI infrastructure, hybrid cloud and modern virtualization deployments preferred • Experience supporting partner-led and channel-influenced business models preferred • Experience driving complex infrastructure opportunities from qualification through closure preferred • Experience with major industry partners including Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, Cisco, NVIDIA, or similar ecosystem vendors preferred • Technical certifications in infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or AI technologies preferred • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
