Beschreibung

• Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Manage daily cash flow to optimize liquidity, maximize short-term investment returns, and liaise with external banking partners • Review corporate bank account reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with internal controls • Prepare and review corporate-level monthly financial statements and lead production of consolidated corporate reports • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic and operational decision-making • Advise management as the technical accounting expert on GAAP standards and the financial implications of business decisions and investment strategies • Serve as the primary accounting contact for international operations, overseeing reporting, consolidation, and compliance • Provide short-term and long-term liquidity forecasts and contribute to treasury policy recommendations • Support royalty reconciliations and provide accounting guidance for reserve funds and pension-related activity • Evaluate and implement process improvements across financial systems, including Oracle Fusion and AI-enabled tools • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, including recommendations on cash management and risk exposure

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, required • CPA or CMA certification, required • 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including corporate-level financial analysis • Expert-level knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud • Advanced cash and treasury management skills, including liquidity forecasting and bank account reconciliation • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel for financial modeling and analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • Master's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, preferred • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, preferred • Experience with international accounting, foreign exchange strategies, and cross-border financial operations, preferred • Familiarity with AI tools and automation within financial reporting or treasury workflows, preferred • Working knowledge of Power BI for financial data visualization and reporting, preferred
