Beschreibung

• Edit original footage into complete, polished stories aligned with Lifeway’s brand standards, creative briefs, and project goals • Make editorial decisions about pace, style, and tone based on target audience and distribution platform • Perform audio mixing, color correction, and sound design • Source and integrate music, sound effects, graphics, and footage from internal and external partners • Collaborate with motion graphic designers and editors to incorporate animations, captions, and branded templates • Communicate project timelines, creative roadblocks, and production needs to producers, project managers, and creative leads • Maintain organized file management and consistent naming structures • Participate in review cycles, provide creative input, and implement stakeholder feedback • Contribute through peer coaching, critique sessions, and process improvement ideas • Support Lifeway’s mission and values through Kingdom-focused work

🎯 Anforderungen

• Editing reel required and must be submitted with application • 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, or media production • Strong proficiency in narrative editing, shaping tone, pacing, and flow across varied content types • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced creative environment • Professional-level audio mixing and color correction experience • Cross-functional collaboration experience with producers, designers, and creative team members • Reliable creative judgment and decision-making in editorial and collaborative workflows • Ability to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2–4 times annually for team gatherings • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • Experience serving in Next Gen ministries, strongly preferred • Experience editing curriculum, ministry, or mission-driven video content, preferred • Familiarity with motion graphics workflows and integrating animated elements, preferred • Experience editing for live events or camp environments, preferred • Proficiency in file organization best practices within a shared production environment, preferred • Basic proficiency in After Effects or motion design, preferred • Experience editing content for paid social media advertising, preferred
