Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary asset management advisor for customers with Cisco Enterprise Agreements • Conduct regular customer reviews to validate asset inventories • Maintain accurate, up-to-date asset records across customer environments • Identify discrepancies between deployed assets and contracted entitlements • Provide proactive guidance on how customer growth impacts EA consumption • Educate customers on EA mechanics and financial implications • Assist customers with forecasting future EA needs based on growth patterns • Act as a liaison between customers and Cisco personnel

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • 4 years of relevant industry experience • Proven customer management skills with large and complex accounts • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop action plans • Value messaging and management, sales skills and experience • Process development, consulting or technical services experience • CRM software proficiency (Salesforce) and ITSM software experience (ServiceNow) • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills • Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
