Beschreibung
• Manage the intake of new patients and reviews the insurance verification forms completed by reimbursement staff. • Develop, streamline and execute intake processes, procedures and policies across the organization. • Supervise the completion of insurance company contracts and/or necessary forms. • Manage the patient’s insurance caps and assist with alternative insurance options for at-risk patients. • Report unusual events or trends related to claims or insurance industry to CFO.
🎯 Anforderungen
• Bachelor’s degree in health policy, business or relevant discipline. • 10+ years’ experience in reimbursement in health care environment. • Previous experience with home infusion and specialty pharmacy. • Basic level of computer and internet skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.). • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
