Beschreibung

• Create and implement Custom Recruitment plans for allocated qualitative and quantitative projects • Execute Custom Recruitment tasks within budget and timelines • Liaise with project stakeholders to increase internal completes and support panel growth • Coordinate recruitment efforts for up to 25 live projects • Use recruitment platforms and tools, proprietary recruitment systems, bulk email/SMS platforms, survey systems, social media, and other marketing/multimedia platforms • Attend IKO and project-related meetings with Project Managers and share action-plan notes • Create recruiting strategies, execute tasks, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to maximize internal sample and meet client needs and profit targets • Recommend alternative internal sampling strategies • Communicate recruitment updates, status, and issues to internal project teams • Ensure recruitment actions meet required timelines • Develop alternative strategies to improve response rates and reduce project costs • Assist with strategies to grow the M3 Global Research panel • Provide project-feasibility feedback based on desk research and market intelligence • Provide feedback and ideas to improve M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required • 0–1 year of market research experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules • Fluent in Spanish and English • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc. • Interest, natural curiosity, or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space • Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using available resources • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Self-motivated and able to reprioritize tasks throughout the workday • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Ability to work EU time zone hours • CV must be submitted in English
