Beschreibung

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers • Participate in architectural reviews and shape the long-term technical roadmap • Lead the design and implementation of critical features and architectural improvements • Design and build scalable, performant services and APIs • Write unit tests and maintain the automated test suite • Review teammates’ code • Shape and evolve coding standards and best practices • Investigate and resolve bugs • Translate business requirements into working features • Participate in the on-call rotation and production support • Balance feature development with refactoring to maintain codebase health • Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering decisions with business objectives • Focus on software/application development; data analysis or data science candidates are welcome with strong application-development experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred • At least 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role • Demonstrated experience leading features, refactors, or small teams • Comfortable reviewing designs, mentoring peers, and driving cross-team collaboration • Experience developing backend applications in Node.js using JavaScript / TypeScript, with RESTful APIs and event-driven or queue-based architecture • Proficiency with Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL, or similar RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with UI/UX development using Angular v12+ or equivalent experience with React, Vue, and similar frameworks • Experience with reactive patterns using RxJS and NgRx • Ability and desire to do great software engineering and quickly learn new technologies • Demonstrated ability to work in a professional team • Understanding of responsive, cross-browser, and device-compatible site development using modern web practices • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling such as Nx and pnpm • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS • Experience with Git or other source control systems • Experience with C, PHP, or Linux shell scripting (Bash) is a bonus • Public GitHub presence is a plus
