Beschreibung

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers • Communicate professionally in written and verbal form • Demonstrate empathy and predict client needs through active listening • Review claims in accordance with procedures, product, privacy, pension, anti-money-laundering, and Canadian tax rules and regulations • Document claim files accurately • Obtain complete file information • Update systems accurately to ensure correct reserve calculations • Support clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec • Interact with claimants, financial advisors, lawyers, employees, and other customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bilingual French and English is required • Basic mathematical skills • High level of comfort navigating calls with grieving/emotional clients • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact with internal and external customers, claimants, financial advisors, lawyers, and employees • Customer service orientation • Ability to respond constructively and decisively in high-pressure or emotional situations • Ability to work in a multitask environment and meet service standards • 1–2+ years’ experience in adjudicating claims is an asset • Working knowledge of processing and imaging systems is an asset • Knowledge of investment products is an asset • Working knowledge of government legislation, the Insurance Act, and Quebec Civil Code is an asset • Basic knowledge of administrative systems (Mainframes, AWD, iFAST) is an asset • Knowledge of developing professional letters
