Beschreibung

• Designed and executed a SQL-based ETL process to migrate decades of public safety data from a legacy system into the Mark43 platform • Collaborated with our data migration contractors, reviewing technical deliverables and providing guidance to help them succeed • Met with a customer’s records management team to understand their legacy data structure and translate it to the Mark43 schema • Dug into a uniquely formatted source database to uncover edge cases and ensure data fidelity • Worked alongside Mark43 deployment, engineering, and product teams to iterate on and improve our migration tooling and process • Balanced project timelines and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in a data migration, ETL development, or SQL development role • Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design • Demonstrated experience writing complex SQL scripts • Ability to analyze and translate legacy data models into new schemas • Experience managing contractor deliverables is a plus • Interest in public safety data and the impact of high-quality migrations on customer success • Prior work with public safety or government systems is a bonus
