Beschreibung

• Collaborate with Royal Canin Marketing to provide scientific support for new product launches and growth of existing products in assigned health territories • Create, repurpose, and update PowerPoint presentations, point-of-sale documents, and similar consumer-centric materials • Ensure scientific content is accurate, relevant, goal-driven, and uses optimal media • Lead curriculum development for the Royal Canin Academy in assigned health territories • Develop tailored user journeys and identify new content needs • Lead learning innovation for veterinary professional and internal stakeholder education • Evolve the nutrition onboarding curriculum for new hires with portfolio leads and Learning & Development Veterinarian • Manage and curate scientific information, including research papers, market data, visual resources, and global Royal Canin assets • Work with Regulatory & Legal teams to produce compliant materials • Educate new and existing Royal Canin associates on scientific and nutritional topics • Develop expertise through relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, veterinary groups, continuing education, and self-study • Partner with in-field and national account associates on market trends and business needs • Provide escalated nutritional case consultations • Collaborate with Mars Veterinary Health, Strategic Accounts, and Digital Sales Support teams on projects • Deliver virtual Continuing Education training sessions for veterinarians personally and through coordination with KOLs • Create CE programs for delivery by Royal Canin Scientific Services Veterinarians and on demand • Represent Royal Canin with professional associations and support conference education and sponsorship initiatives • Collaborate with external and internal research partners on scientific initiatives and global strategies • Work from home as needed and perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) with an active license in one or more states is required • Advanced credentials (MS, PhD, or clinical specialty) preferred • Minimum of 3 years of general practice experience as a DVM • Advanced knowledge of veterinary clinical nutrition • Strong scientific communication and presentation skills, including content development and delivery in in-person and virtual settings • Knowledge of Learning Design and Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Experience using social media for educational purposes • Demonstrated experience in curriculum design • Experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management system preferred • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Zoom • Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective stakeholder relationships • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to prioritize projects and commitments • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to change • Comfortable using and learning new technology • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Mars does not sponsor visas for this role
