Beschreibung

• Draft and distribute newsletters and company announcements • Source updates from departments to highlight initiatives, success stories, and company news • Collaborate with HR, IT, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate communication needs into company-wide messages • Build, format, and organize intranet content pages using Simpplr • Format and publish Slack announcements using channel guidelines and visual formatting • Support the internal communications intake process and convert announcement requests into reader-friendly drafts • Maintain and update the central content calendar • Track and report newsletter open rates, Simpplr page views, Slack engagement, click-through rates, read times, and other communication metrics • Draft time-sensitive updates, organize internal resources, and execute ad-hoc communications projects • Partner directly with the Internal Communications Manager and Project Coordinator

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Writing, Marketing, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a hands-on, writing-heavy role • Exceptional written communication skills, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, layout, and copyediting • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and departments • Comfort with basic data and analytics, including pulling reports and interpreting engagement metrics such as click-through rates, read times, and page views • Strong Slack skills, including formatting and publishing clean, structured communication streams • Proficiency with Google Workspace: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive • Experience with project management tools, specifically Asana or ability to learn it quickly • Familiarity with Canva for newsletters, header images, and visual assets • Familiarity with intranet platforms, knowledge management systems, or employee communication tools; Simpplr experience is a strong plus
