Beschreibung

• Develop and execute global integrated marketing communications strategies that strengthen Neogen’s brand positioning across priority food manufacturing industries • Create full-funnel marketing programs driving awareness, engagement, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, customer retention, and revenue growth • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, public relations, social media, email, and other relevant channels • Develop industry-specific marketing strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign plans • Partner with segment and regional marketing teams to align global messaging with local market needs • Lead cross-functional campaign planning and execution with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Technical, Brand, Design, Regulatory, Legal, and other stakeholders • Oversee development of white papers, case studies, blog posts, press releases, newsletters, social media content, and other customer-facing materials • Translate complex technical and scientific information into clear, compelling content • Tailor content to target audiences, market segments, customer needs, and communication channels • Apply audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, automated nurture programs, re-engagement strategies, and conversion optimization • Manage the global content calendar and coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners • Support customer-focused messaging throughout the buyer journey • Use marketing performance data, testing, and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvements • Partner with regional and country marketing teams to align local execution with global strategy • Provide guidance and best practices for marketing communications, campaign development, messaging, and content creation • Collaborate with thought leadership teams to position Neogen as a trusted partner and scientific leader • Support consistent application of Neogen brand standards • Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives with quality, consistency, and timely execution • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content development, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience developing integrated marketing communications, brand marketing, campaign strategy, or related marketing programs • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns • Experience developing messaging, content, or marketing programs for defined customer or industry segments • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional workstreams • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners or agencies • Experience translating complex technical, scientific, or business information into clear and engaging marketing content • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to independently manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for consistency, quality, and alignment • Preferred: 5 to 7 years of relevant marketing communications experience • Preferred: Experience within food safety, food manufacturing, life sciences, diagnostics, or another B2B technical industry • Preferred: Experience developing industry-focused marketing programs and audience segmentation strategies • Preferred: Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, customer journey mapping, re-engagement campaigns, or conversion optimization • Preferred: Experience developing marketing strategies for multiple geographic regions or global markets • Preferred: Experience partnering with technical, scientific, regulatory, legal, and commercial stakeholders • Preferred: Experience developing thought leadership content and industry-focused campaigns • Preferred: Experience using marketing analytics, testing, and performance data to optimize campaigns • Preferred: Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, content management, or digital marketing platforms • Preferred: Experience managing agency or external creative partnerships
