Beschreibung

• Deliver impactful marketing communications across multiple channels • Develop and manage brand and commercial partnerships • Support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth • Manage the Fibrus Broadband customer communications plan across the business • Establish a communications change process with logging, tracking, version control, and correct implementation • Work with customer service, installations, compliance, and marketing teams to develop communications supporting key business metrics • Ensure communications are brand-, tone-of-voice-, and regulatorily compliant • Develop email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing communications, including offers, competitions, loyalty schemes, and new product launches • Identify gaps in the customer communications journey to improve customer experience and reduce contacts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience developing customer marketing communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social channels • Experience using customer communication management tools such as CRM, Brevo, and HubSpot • Experience measuring customer campaign performance and using insights to inform future communications development • Ability to develop communications within a brand look and feel • Ability to apply a consistent brand tone of voice across produced content • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across a large business and influence change • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Highly creative and results-focused • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
