Beschreibung

• Define what a great day looks like for an advisor and own the Advisory Experience roadmap • Own roadmaps covering routines and huddles, dashboards, accumulation and share of wallet, action plans, team configuration and staffing, and Platform NPS • Run structured intake, size work with T-shirt sizing, communicate trade-offs, and prioritize requests • Serve as Mercer Advisors' internal owner for the Avantos relationship • Hold Avantos accountable and represent Mercer Advisors in roadmap conversations • Create and run a joint roadmap with Avantos, including shared priorities, dependencies, and steering committees • Decide what to build, buy, or partner on • Build the internal roadmap for Mercer Advisors differentiation in Aspen, including AI-enabled workflows, permissions and field-level security, and advisor performance and compensation views • Reduce clicks and handoffs across Aspen, Client Portal, Relationship Expansion, and Investment Platform • Deliver a consistent advisor experience across Aspen, Salesforce, Orion, and Box • Define, measure, and explain Advisor NPS • Lead measurement of client and advisor outcomes, baseline them within 90 days, and launch a live dashboard • Require impact hypotheses before builds and measurement plans before launches • Track adoption, evaluate results, and learn from outcomes • Work directly with advisors, relationship managers, and clients in real-world meetings • Partner with Client Team to prioritize the roadmap and deliver high-value impact • Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, data, BI, and enablement professionals • Coach product managers to shape strategy and build a culture of candor, follow-through, and learning

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading product teams; senior director candidates may have 8+ years with 3+ years of leadership • Experience ideally in a workflow-heavy product for internal or professional users • Track record of managing strategic vendor or platform partnerships and shaping joint roadmaps • Empathy for operators and ability to observe advisors at work to identify underlying problems • Strong command of data, including setting and baselining metrics for decision-making • Comfort with AI-enabled product work, governance, adoption, and measuring productivity gains • Proven ability to build and run intake and prioritization processes • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills • Proactive communication and ability to surface problems with recommended paths forward • Willingness to disagree and commit • Experience with Salesforce, Orion, or Avantos-style workflow platforms is a plus, not a requirement • Experience in an RIA, custodian, or advisor-facing product at scale is a plus, not a requirement • Availability Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office workspace
